Rush

A concentration piece for art class. I started this one waaay back in the beginning of the year (and only finished it an hour ago, haha, bless my long pauses on projects)
My Concentration in escapisim and forms of it. As the theme goes on, the subjects who inflict this escapisim upon themselves are shown getting closer in view to the observer, symbolizing the absolute consumption people will go great lengths to achieve. Obviously, this is meant to go towards the end of the sequence, second to last actually.
I feel like I could have done better on the form of the iris and lashes, but i'm very happy with the colors, blending and overall effect. I don't acryilic paint  as much as I should, either,  so yeah I'll work on it  >.<
